It's almost time. On #vertrek# you're going on a boating holiday with #object.headline#! In this departure letter you will find all the necessary information to start your boating holiday smoothly. Please read everything carefully.

Route to our marina

Our ships are located at "De Koornwaard". This business complex is located at Appeldijk 24 in Heukelum. On your navigation it is best to enter Appeldijk crossing Groeneweg. When you drive up the dike, cross it straight down again and enter the site, you can report to the right entrance gate by pressing the bell YACHTCHARTER.
On our base there is 1 free parking space available for you. If you come with several cars, we ask you to let us know. The parking costs elsewhere on the site are € 15 per car per booking period.

Bed linen and/or towels

Have you not yet booked bed linen and/or towels but would you like them? Please let us know at least 2 weeks before departure by email. We can then order your bed linen/towels on time for you. We have no or very limited stock of bed linen and/or towels. A linen package costs per set/person €19,50. A towel package costs per set €9.50.

Safety on Board

On board, there is always the danger of falling overboard. Wearing a life jacket while sailing is therefore vital, even for experienced swimmers. In cold water, hypothermia can occur quickly, causing even the strongest swimmer to lose strength quickly. It is a simple life-saving precaution that every boater should take. 

LifIf you do not have life jackets yourself and would like to use our life jackets, we ask you to notify us in advance.

Use of fuel

Your ship will be refueled and ready for you. When you return to our port we will refuel the ship ourselves. Our ships sail on Neste My Renewable Diesel, you can read more about this fuel via the link below. We follow the national recommended price and will deduct this from your deposit. The fuel tanks are large enough so that you do not have to refuel on the road in the most common cases. If you still want or need to refuel, please contact us first. Our ships are not suitable for sailing on regular diesel.

Deposit

When checking in at the reception, the deposit is also take care. The #object.headline# has a #deposit# deposit. The deposit is also the own risk in case of damage. The deposit must be paid at departure in cash or debitcard and will be refunded to you by bank within 36 hours, if you return the boat damage-free, clean and in original condition. Cash payments are no problem for us, however we cannot accept bills of €200,- and €500,-. Please note that we do not accept credit cards! Transferring the deposit in advance is also possible. In this case, please contact us.

The button below will take you online to important information before sailing. On this page, you will therefore find important information such as sailing routes, downloads and the ship's instruction. Please read this information carefully before departure. You will not receive detailed instructions or a trial run on board at the port. To avoid unnecessary waiting time, you can find the instructions via the link below. Of course we will be available to answer your questions at departure.

Condition list for departure

A few days before departure, you will receive a final e-mail from us. This e-mail contains a link to a digital condition list. After checking in on #aankomst# you can fill in this list on board of the #object.headline#. This list contains a number of checkpoints. This will help you document the condition of the ship together with us. On your way to a carefree holiday!

Returning the boat

On #aankomst# we ask you to more your boat at 09:00AM in our marina that we can start our work to control and refuel your ship. We ask you to hand over the ship empty and with closed windows and (tent) zippers and connected to the shorepower no later than 10:00AM so that our staff can start with their work on the inside. In the meantime, we will refuel the ship. Unfortunately your holiday has come to an end. Do do you have any questions or comments? We are pleased to hear that. Even if something has broken on the way, we would like to hear from you so that we can repair it immediately and the next guests can also be satisfied. We like to hear your stories and never hesitate to send photos, so we also enjoy a bit.
